Bill Beattie, MEd

“The college athletics landscape is rapidly changing. It is important to help our youth understand what opportunities, requirements, and barriers exist. It can be a stressful pursuit to navigate alone. With collective knowledge, we can support individuals and families through these processes and help build their confidence.”

Bill is our Next Level Consultant. He brings over 40 years of teaching and coaching experience in football, baseball, track & field, and softball at the middle school and high school level at Tenino, Elma, Olympia, and Tumwater. This includes 35 years as a head football coach in the WIAA 1A, 2A, 3A, & 4A levels. In addition to coaching and teaching, Bill served as athletic director for 5 years at Olympia High School and served on the WSFBCCA’s spring Seattle Seahawks advisory board helping lead initiatives related to player safety and mitigating barriers to student athlete participation. He has coached over 200 athletes that have continued their pursuits at the collegiate level, many who have gone on to coach at high school, collegiate, and professional levels.

Bill’s career accolades include the South Sound YMCA Lifetime Achievement Award, Induction to the Tumwater Athletic Hall of Fame, Induction to the WSCFB Hall of Fame, Marines Semper Fi Coach of the Year, Induction to the Olympia Athletic Hall of Fame, Washington State Football Coach of the Year, 2019 Seattle Seahawks High School Coach of the Year and 12 Flag Raiser.

Adalyne Fettig, MA AASP

“More often than not, our own worst enemy is between our ears. Tackling that enemy allows us to reach new heights and progress more than we thought possible.

We have created completely customizable mental training programs, in tandem with physical training, that create the optimal environment for growth and success.”

Adalyne is our Mental Skills Consultant. She works to improve athletic performance through assisting athletes in achieving a mindset that works for them rather than against them.

Adalyne works in connection to American Association of Sports Psychology (AASP) and has a Masters in Sports Psychology. She has worked with individuals and teams on Professional, Collegiate, and High School levels in many sports including football, basketball, baseball, soccer, track, and gymnastics.

Adalyne’s work helps athletes reach their physical goals through building resilient, adaptable, confident, and motivated mindsets. These developments will allow athletes to best prepare for athletics and academics at the next level.
